XRP is heading for another price drop, with analyst Casi Trades forecasting a decline to around $1.10 after the asset fell below the $1.26 support level.
She noted XRP’s recent recovery above $1.30 failed to gain momentum. With selling pressure returning, Casi expects XRP to move lower and has identified the next short-term support level holders need to watch.
At the time of writing, XRP was trading around $1.19, down 9% in 24 hours, 5.5% over the past week, and 19% over the past month.
The wider crypto market is also under pressure. Bitcoin has dropped 6.22% to around $75,460 after trading above $80,000 just a day earlier. The market-wide sell-off has dragged XRP and several other major cryptocurrencies lower.
Casi Identifies $1.125 and $1.10 as Key XRP Targets
Notably, Casi argues that XRP’s failure to hold above $1.30 confirms that its recent price increase was only a temporary recovery. Now, she highlights the following important price levels:
- $1.26: The support level XRP has lost, weakening its short-term outlook.
- $1.125: The next short-term support level.
- $1.10: Her primary downside target.
- $0.87: A deeper price target if the correction continues.
Her TradingView chart uses Fibonacci levels to support this outlook. The analysis points to a decline to $1.10 before XRP completes its current correction, which she identifies as Wave 2.
Casi expects further downside before XRP reaches a market bottom. Her analysis points to $1.10 as the next major level to watch, with $0.87 as a deeper downside target. For context, XRP hit a cycle low of $0.93 in August and surged nearly 2X shortly after.

XRP Needs a Clear Signal That the Decline Is Ending
Although Casi expects another decline, she is also watching technical signals that could indicate a market reversal. One important signal is bullish RSI divergence.
This occurs when XRP’s price records a lower low while the Relative Strength Index (RSI) forms a higher low. The pattern indicates weakening selling pressure and signals a potential price reversal.
If bullish RSI divergence forms around $1.10, Casi views it as confirmation that XRP’s current correction is approaching its final stage.
Analyst Warns Investors Not to Panic During the Drop
Casi has also urged investors to prepare for another wave of selling pressure. She expects the decline to intensify market fear, with investors interpreting the price drop as a sign of a much deeper crash.
Negative sentiment could spread across the market, prompting some XRP holders to panic and sell near the eventual bottom. However, she views the correction as part of a broader market cycle that sets the stage for XRP’s next major upward move.
For now, traders are focusing on two key developments:
- Whether XRP drops into the $1.125–$1.10 support zone.
- Whether bullish RSI divergence emerges, signaling that selling pressure is fading and the correction is nearing its end.
In simple terms, Casi forecasts another XRP decline toward $1.10 before the next major recovery. The immediate focus remains on the $1.125–$1.10 support zone, while $0.87 stands as the deeper downside target if selling pressure intensifies.
