ChainThink reports that xAI has officially launched Grok Bot, an AI agent designed to independently complete end-to-end tasks across applications and websites.

Bots have their own cloud computers that can access the various tools and applications users are using, and only return to the user’s attention when approval is needed. The Grok Bot supports assigning tasks as easily as messaging a colleague, and remembers conversation history and user preferences.

xAI states that as collaboration increases, Bots will execute tasks more accurately; users can also train it by demonstrating workflows, allowing it to save steps and preferences as repeatable workflows.

xAI has internally used it in multiple prototype scenarios, including sales bots updating CRM systems and drafting follow-up emails, operations bots assigning workspaces to new employees and processing invoices in Gmail, engineering bots reproducing UI bugs, submitting tickets, and handing off fixes to debugging bots.

The product team says Grok Bot focuses on delivering results through actual tools, not just recommendations.

Starting today, the Grok Bot is available in beta to SuperGrok Heavy, Cursor Ultra, and Cursor Teams Premium subscribers via desktop and iOS. Enterprise users can join the waitlist for future access.
