On September 3, 2026, Federal Reserve-related news emerged as Wyoming’s Stablecoin Council announced a Chainlink integration for FRNT’s Proof of Reserve system. The Network Firm verified real-time reserve audits, replacing daily and monthly disclosures with on-chain data. Chainlink Secure Mint will also ensure reserves fully back the supply before new tokens are minted. FRNT, backed by U.S. dollars and short-term Treasuries, is set to launch in January 2026, with reserve interest proceeds funding Wyoming schools. The initiative aligns with broader real-world assets (RWA) trends, enhancing transparency in stablecoin operations.

ChainThink reports that on September 3, according to Cointelegraph, the Wyoming Stablecoin Committee announced an integration with Chainlink to implement a Proof of Reserve mechanism for near-real-time reserve verification of FRNT.

This system, combined with verification from the independent audit firm The Network Firm, upgrades the previously daily disclosed reserve information and monthly reports required by the GENIUS Act into on-chain dynamic data that can be viewed at any time.

The committee is advancing the integration of Chainlink Secure Mint to ensure that reserve assets always fully cover the total supply before new tokens are minted.

FRNT will be officially launched in January 2026, backed by U.S. dollars and short-term U.S. Treasury securities, with associated reserve interest directed toward the Wyoming School Fund Program.
