WhiteFiber’s Enovum Data Centers has signed a 10-year, 40 MW colocation deal with Nscale at its NC-1 facility in North Carolina, valued at $865 million. The agreement excludes electricity and pass-through costs. Deployment will occur in two 20-MW phases. The data center supports ultra-high-density AI workloads. The deal comes amid shifting global crypto policy and rising inflation data.
