In a new on-chain message, the group demanded that Blockstream pay a bounty equivalent to 10% of the affected assets using its own funds, warning that refusal would result in a 15% loss for holders. The group also stated it would disclose the private key used to decrypt prior communications with Blockstream. Previously, the group returned 3,400 BTC to the Liquid Federation, with approximately 600 BTC still outstanding.
