Previously, it was reported that Unitree Technologies’ IPO offering price is set at RMB 150.80 per share, with an estimated market capitalization of approximately RMB 60.9 billion. The company plans to publicly issue 40.4464 million shares, representing 10% of the total post-offering share capital. In the strategic placement, DeepSeek was allocated 933,400 shares (with a subscription amount of RMB 141 million and a lock-up period of 36 months), while Shanghai Qishan Investment, a subsidiary of Tencent, received 903,300 shares. Online and offline subscription will commence on August 10. Wang Xingxing revealed that the company achieved the world’s highest shipment volume of humanoid robots in 2025, with non-GAAP net profit experiencing rapid growth.
