As per Blockbeats, on October 21, 2025, Walmart is reportedly planning to accept cryptocurrency payments through its OnePay Cash service. The move follows earlier news that Walmart's fintech subsidiary, OnePay, intends to launch cryptocurrency trading and custody services in its mobile app later this year. The service, which will allow users to trade Bitcoin and Ethereum, will be conducted in partnership with startup Zerohash.
