ME News reports that on June 14 (UTC+8), Vivek Raman, founder of Etherealize, stated in an interview that Wall Street’s attitude toward Ethereum is shifting from an early “proof-of-concept and pilot phase” to directly using it as production-grade infrastructure. Over the past year and a half, institutions primarily engaged in “small-scale trials,” but the current trend has evolved into a necessity to fully embrace public blockchains as internet infrastructure. Raman noted that stablecoins were the first major use case for institutions entering crypto, but the narrative is now expanding to include broader asset classes such as tokenized stocks, bonds, real estate, and investment funds. Ethereum’s network effects in stablecoins and liquidity continue to attract traditional financial institutions. He also pointed out that institutional adoption is accelerating but has not yet been fully reflected in ETH’s price—a “lag” primarily due to the lengthy institutional sales and onboarding cycles: “The infrastructure is ready, but assets have not yet been tokenized at scale.” Raman believes Ethereum is currently at a critical inflection point: the underlying financial “pipelines” have been built, but large-scale asset migration remains in its early stages. As more real-world assets are brought on-chain, the market will reassess ETH’s value as a security and settlement asset. He also addressed controversies surrounding the Ethereum Foundation, stating that its move “behind the scenes” is the right direction, avoiding centralized control over global financial infrastructure, and emphasized that the Foundation should focus on security, censorship resistance, privacy, and long-term technologies such as zero-knowledge proofs and quantum resistance. Ethereum’s ultimate measure of success lies not in price, but in the number of actual users and its capacity to host real-world assets. (Source: ODAILY)
Wall Street Moves from Ethereum Pilots to Production Use, ETH Value Lags

Ethereum news indicates that Wall Street is transitioning from Ethereum proof-of-concept trials to full-scale production use as infrastructure. Etherealize founder Vivek Raman said institutional adoption is accelerating, but the ETH price has not yet reflected this momentum. Stablecoins remain the primary entry point for institutions, with tokenized stocks, bonds, and real estate gaining traction. Ethereum ecosystem updates highlight growing network effects in liquidity and stability, though the migration of real-world assets is still in its early stages.
