VivoPower International PLC announced that its Vivo Federation unit has signed a final joint venture deal with Lean Ventures to acquire $300 million in Ripple Labs shares. Lean Ventures, a Korean government crypto regulation-compliant asset manager, will fund the purchase through a dedicated vehicle, while Vivo Federation oversees management and operations. The firm projects $75 million in fees over three years from the $300 million in assets. The deal allows VivoPower to gain exposure to Ripple Labs and XRP without deploying its own capital. Yahoo Finance reported a 12% surge in VivoPower’s stock in early Friday trading, reflecting strong market reaction to the digital asset news.
