Odaily Planet Daily reports: Vitalik posted on X that he has recently updated the EIP-8141 "Frame Transaction" proposal, with key improvements including atomic batch execution of up to 64 operations, support for social recovery, adoption of P256 quantum-resistant signatures, and allowing anyone to pay gas fees on behalf of users. The proposal, co-authored by Vitalik, lightclient, and nine other experts, is planned for inclusion in the 2027 Hegotá upgrade.

Vitalik Buterin updated EIP-8141, a key proposal for a blockchain upgrade, introducing frame transactions with batch execution, social recovery, quantum-resistant P-256 signatures, and gas fee sponsorship.
