BlockBeats news, on September 24, the Arbitrum-based derivatives protocol Variational announced the tokenomics of its VAR token: 32% of the tokens will be allocated to the genesis airdrop (distributed proportionally based on points, with 100% unlocked at TGE); 18% will be reserved for the ecosystem (distributed by the foundation); and 50% will be allocated to the team and investors (locked for 12 months after TGE, followed by at least three years of linear vesting).


In addition, the team plans to conduct the TGE in Q4, during which 150,000 points will continue to be distributed weekly until then; a minimum of 1 point is required to claim the airdrop; unclaimed airdrops will be burned; and 100% of revenue will be used to repurchase and burn VAR.
