PANews, August 1: According to official data, over the 7-day period ending July 30, Circle issued approximately $6.2 billion in USDC and redeemed approximately $7.2 billion in USDC, resulting in a net reduction of about $1 billion in circulating supply. The total circulating supply of USDC is $71.8 billion, with reserves totaling approximately $71.9 billion, comprising approximately $53.4 billion in overnight reverse repurchase agreements on U.S. Treasuries, approximately $7.2 billion in U.S. Treasuries with maturities under three months, approximately $10.1 billion in deposits at systemically important institutions, and approximately $1.3 billion in other bank deposits.
