Uniswap's governance vote on the 'UNIfication' proposal has started, with 100% support from 6,245 voting addresses. The vote closes at 2:11 AM Beijing Time on December 26. If approved, the proposal will trigger the burning of 100 million UNI tokens. The v2 and v3 fee switches will activate on the mainnet, starting the destruction of UNI tokens and Unichain fees.
