The Snapshot vote took place from July 7 to 12, and on-chain voting is expected to begin during the week of July 13. The proposal introduces the V4 Fee Controller system to manage fees for different types of pools, proposing to enable fees for static fee pools, CCA auction pools, and aggregator hooks pools. Aggregator hooks would be subject to a maximum fee rate of 250 basis points, standard chains to 10 basis points, and Base to 3 basis points.
