Uniswap is developing a token launch platform called Pools on Robinhood Chain, according to on-chain news. The pools.trade website is live, featuring a video and the tagline “Coming soon from Uniswap.” The frontend code reveals two launch modes: Crowd Launch and Instant Launch, with infrastructure deployed on Robinhood Chain. Researchers note that no official POOLS token exists, though meme coins such as FRONG have emerged using Pools-themed branding. This token launch news underscores rising interest in decentralized issuance tools.

BlockBeats news, on August 4, according to crypto KOL 0xSLK, Uniswap is developing a token launch platform called "Pools" on Robinhood Chain; the official website is now live but the product has not yet been opened. The pools.trade page displays "Coming soon from Uniswap" and plays a video of a frog jumping into a pond.

Research has found that the frontend code related to Pools already contains substantial product information, internally named "Pools - create a token on Robinhood Chain." The path "rh-cca" is believed to be associated with Robinhood Chain and Uniswap's Continuous Clearing Auction (CCA) mechanism. Public code indicates that Pools is expected to offer two token issuance models:

· Crowd Launch: Utilizes a 4-hour auction mechanism with a fixed supply of 1 billion tokens, where 50% are allocated for the auction and the remaining 50% along with raised funds are used to establish a Uniswap v4 liquidity pool. If the $50,000 FDV target is met, the tokens will be migrated and trading will open; otherwise, participants are eligible for a refund.

· Instant Launch: Similar to a bonding curve model, users can trade immediately; 80% of tokens are allocated for curve trading, while the remaining 20% and funds are used for liquidity construction. Migration is completed once the $50,000 FDV threshold is reached.

The on-chain infrastructure related to Pools has been deployed on Robinhood Chain. According to Uniswap’s official documentation, the relevant contracts include CCA Factory, LiquidityLauncher, and LBPStrategy. Data shows that these contracts have generated hundreds of auction events and facilitated the creation and migration of hundreds of tokens.

Meanwhile, several tokens have emerged in the market that borrow the concept of Pools. Researchers note that there is no official POOLS token, and any token named Pools, pools.trade, or UniFrog has not been verified by Uniswap Labs.

Among these, the meme coin FRONG—whose market cap briefly surpassed $7 million this morning and rose over 90% in 24 hours—has attracted attention due to its frog imagery resembling Pools' promotional video. However, it remains a community-issued token and is not an official Uniswap project. The market is currently watching to see whether Uniswap will officially launch pools.trade, announce its first official token, and publish a verified official contract address.
