ChainCatcher report: According to Dune data, yesterday, Uniswap’s official burn mechanism burned 178,000 UNI tokens, worth over $1.11 million. Of this, Robinhood Chain contributed a staggering 144,000 UNI in a single day, accounting for more than 80% of the total—far surpassing other chains such as Ethereum and Base—highlighting the current vibrancy of the Robinhood Chain ecosystem. Previously, on July 15, Uniswap proposed a governance initiative to extend its protocol fee collection and UNI burn mechanism to Robinhood Chain, covering versions v2, v3, and v4. Under the proposal, protocol fees generated on Robinhood Chain will be routed to the TokenJar contract on that chain, and Searchers can redeem these fees by bridging UNI back to the Ethereum mainnet and sending them to a burn address.
