Bitcoin price today climbed above the daily Kijun line, with a golden cross forming on the Ichimoku chart. U.S. regulators have approved 'riskless principal' Bitcoin trades for national banks, allowing them to act as intermediaries in crypto transactions. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) confirmed in a December 2025 interpretive letter that banks can buy and immediately resell Bitcoin without holding it in inventory, provided they follow existing banking laws and compliance rules. Bitcoin price prediction models may now factor in increased institutional participation.
