The P2 facility is advancing in parallel, with completion and equipment calibration aligned with P1 expected by the end of 2027, preparing for mass production. The report states that all four 1.4-nanometer wafer fabs in the Central Science Park are projected to be fully completed and enter large-scale mass production in the second quarter of 2028.
