Amid the recent weak overall trend in the U.S. stock market, if you're following Crypto-related themes, you'll notice a relatively independent asset emerging.
The U.S. publicly traded company Tron Inc. (NASDAQ: $TRON) experienced a sustained surge in late October: on October 20, it rose approximately 11%, and on the 22nd, it surged 21% on high volume, closing near $1.50.

What is the market's short-term sentiment炒作 about?
By carefully analyzing the company’s business moves and the fundamental characteristics of its underlying assets, a clear commercial pathway emerges: how traditional capital can precisely capture the recurring revenue of public blockchains through compliant channels.
From DAT gameplay to becoming a public chain operator
Tron Inc., which has sparked this wave of attention, is not the official Tron organization.
Its predecessor was a theme park toy and merchandise company named SRM Entertainment. In 2025, the company completed its rebranding and underwent a complete business transformation, shifting the core of its balance sheet to a Digital Asset Treasury (DAT) strategy.
Under this strategy, Tron Inc. focused entirely on accumulating crypto assets, particularly TRX.
The company has already accumulated over 700 million TRX on the open market, making it one of the largest holders of TRX in publicly traded markets.
However, if one merely holds the spot, Tron Inc.'s stock price can only passively follow the secondary market price fluctuations of TRX. The true catalyst behind the significant increase in trading volume and the sharp surge in stock price was the company's key identity transformation completed in mid-October.
According to public disclosures from TRONSCAN, on October 19, Tron Inc. announced its successful election as one of the 27 Super Representatives (SR) on the Tron network.
Just two days later, on October 21, its node delegation surged rapidly, securing over 37.1 billion TRX in community delegation and rising directly to the top of the network. The company also stated that it plans to operate multiple nodes in the future to further expand its market share.

The business significance of this move is that Tron Inc. has successfully entered the infrastructure operations of the Tron network. It is no longer merely a large token holder but has begun generating real, recurring on-chain revenue through block production, network validation, and node staking.
The market capitalization has keenly sensed this shift from “holding assets” to “generating continuous cash flow,” and has accordingly re-priced and hyped it.
The TRON chain has a "earn money" fundamental basis
Tron Inc. has heavily invested and secured the largest node, with its underlying safety net stemming from TRON network’s strong and scalable commercial fundamentals.
According to the newly released Q3 research report from CoinDesk and Nansen, during Q3, TRON processed $2.21 trillion in stablecoin settlement volume, accounting for 73% of all on-chain transfers.
On-chain USDT supply has reached a record high of $92.7 billion, accounting for over half of the global total supply (50.6%). Meanwhile, the network’s daily active addresses have reached approximately 3.7 million, with an average of 11.68 million successful transactions processed daily.
In the crypto-card payment sector, TRON also secured the top spot with a 27.5% market share, achieving a quarterly transaction volume of $638 million. The network’s TVL grew 26.6% quarter-over-quarter to $5.7 billion, with quarterly protocol fees reaching $82.7 million.
In addition to on-chain data, traditional institutions are also gaining access to Tron's underlying yields. In September of this year, the first spot-traded TRX ETF (TRXS) in the United States was listed on Cboe, further establishing TRX’s compliant status and yield generation pathway in traditional financial markets.

So, seeing this company become a major super node on the chain makes it clear why there’s speculation around its revenue expectations.
As the top-ranked node, it not only earns the base interest on its 700 million TRX treasury, but also continues to receive block production rewards distributed through network inflation, provided that the TRON chain maintains high transaction volume.
Additionally, anyone transferring USDT on the Tron network must burn or consume TRX as gas fees. As the node with the highest total hash power and delegated stake, Tron Inc. can earn a substantial share of network transaction fee profits from the tens of millions of daily transfers on Tron.
Small-cap stocks still carry risk
Putting aside the common narrative biases around crypto, when we piece together the above clues, the logic behind $TRON's逆势大涨 on U.S. stocks becomes complete:
A traditional small-cap company has accumulated a large amount of tokens using a “MicroStrategy-style” treasury strategy, then launched its own “toll booth,” directly linking its valuation to TRON’s Q3 stablecoin transfer volume and the underlying “toll fee” revenues.
In a weak macro market, this combination of "crypto treasury + node recurring income" has become a catalyst for short-term speculation.
While focusing on fundamental transformation, trading risks in the secondary market must not be overlooked. Tron Inc.'s current market capitalization is relatively small, and its shares exhibit high volatility, making them highly susceptible to short-term emotional speculation by speculative capital fueled by new narratives.
For investors, it remains to be seen over the next several quarters how much of the massive on-chain data and node rewards will ultimately translate into net profit on the company’s financial statements.
