Trader: US Digital Asset Market Structure Bill Unlikely to Significantly Impact Bitcoin

Senior trader Peter Brandt said on December 20 that the proposed US digital asset regulation, the Clarity Act, is unlikely to significantly move Bitcoin prices, even if passed in January. He noted the bill would still advance crypto asset classification and regulatory clarity. John Glover of Ledn added the market has already priced in the potential passage of the Clarity Act.
