According to Tether’s official website, Tether has released its Q2 2026 financial report (audited by BDO, one of the Big Five global accounting firms). The report shows that, as of June 30, Tether’s quarterly net operating profit was approximately $1.5 billion, primarily driven by income from U.S. Treasuries and repurchase agreements; total assets reached $187.75 billion, exceeding total liabilities by approximately $4.11 billion. The issuance of USD₮ increased by approximately $446 million quarter-over-quarter, bringing the total circulating supply to $184.6 billion, with the stablecoin’s market share surpassing 60%. Additionally, Tether added 14 metric tons of physical gold this quarter, bringing its total gold holdings to over 146 metric tons; secured loan balances decreased by approximately $2.38 billion (a 15% reduction); and over 30 million new global users were added.
