Terraform Labs’ bankruptcy estate has sued Jump Trading for $4 billion in U.S. federal court, alleging undisclosed deals with Do Kwon, including discounted LUNA purchases and intervention in UST’s 2021 depeg. The complaint says Jump secured removal of vesting restrictions and received nearly 50,000 bitcoin during the May 2022 collapse. The case could intersect with EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation as it explores market manipulation and transparency. Jump Trading has not publicly responded.
