ChainThink reports that on August 5, according to its financial filing, Bitcoin mining company TeraWulf (Nasdaq: WULF) released its Q2 2026 earnings report, reporting total revenue of $44.77 million, with HPC (high-performance computing) leasing revenue accounting for $31.93 million, or approximately 71%.
During the reporting period, the company incurred a net loss of $940.8 million, primarily due to a $755.7 million loss from the fair value change of warrants; adjusted EBITDA was a loss of $18.34 million.
As of June 30, the company's cash and restricted cash totaled approximately $3 billion.
On the business side, as of early July, the Lake Mariner data center campus had 102 MW of critical IT capacity operational, with an additional 336 MW under construction;
After the delivery of CB-3, Google’s $600 million credit support for Fluidstack’s leasing obligations has taken effect. The company is also advancing its application for 250 MW of power capacity, pending interconnection approval.
Following the quarter, TeraWulf signed a 20-year data center lease agreement with Anthropic, covering approximately 401 MW of critical IT capacity at the Justified campus in Kentucky. The contract is expected to generate approximately $19 billion in revenue over its term, rising to as much as $33 billion if all renewal options are exercised. Initial deliveries are expected to begin in the second half of 2027.
The company also sold its 50.1% interest in the Abernathy joint venture and acquired the Muskie Data Campus; the FERC has approved its acquisition of the Morgantown power plant in Maryland.
