ChainThink reports that on August 5, according to its financial filing, Bitcoin mining company TeraWulf (Nasdaq: WULF) released its Q2 2026 earnings report, reporting total revenue of $44.77 million, with HPC (high-performance computing) leasing revenue accounting for $31.93 million, or approximately 71%.

During the reporting period, the company incurred a net loss of $940.8 million, primarily due to a $755.7 million loss from the fair value change of warrants; adjusted EBITDA was a loss of $18.34 million.

As of June 30, the company's cash and restricted cash totaled approximately $3 billion.

On the business side, as of early July, the Lake Mariner data center campus had 102 MW of critical IT capacity operational, with an additional 336 MW under construction;

Following the quarter, TeraWulf signed a 20-year data center lease agreement with Anthropic, covering approximately 401 MW of critical IT capacity at the Justified campus in Kentucky. Initial deliveries are expected to begin in the second half of 2027.
