The company currently has 102 MW of revenue-generating IT capacity operational at its Lake Mariner, New York facility, with an additional 336 MW under construction. The unit cost of IT capacity remains in the range of $8 million to $10 million per MW. TeraWulf has secured up to 1 GW of power services through the acquisition of the Muskie Data Campus in Kentucky and has signed a 20-year data center lease agreement with Anthropic at the Justified campus for approximately 401 MW, with an initial contract value of approximately $19 billion.
