TeraWulf and Fluidstack Finalize 168-Megawatt AI Data Center Financing

TeraWulf Inc. (NASDAQ: WULF) and Fluidstack finalized 168-megawatt financing for their joint project at Abnerashy Park in Texas. The project team will build a 240-megawatt liquid-cooled AI data center. Funds will cover construction, reserves, and facility delivery. Operations are set to begin in late 2026.
