Tencent launches the Motus AI platform with over 90 game projects integrated.

ChainCatcher report: According to an exclusive report by DuJia, Tencent’s Public Technology Line has launched the independent Motus AI platform, focused on the full pipeline of 3D character animation. It has already been integrated into over 90 internal and external Tencent projects and is actively deployed in multiple games, including Peacekeeper Elite, PUBG MOBILE, Delta Force, Honor of Kings, LuoKe Kingdom, League of Legends, and Golden Spades. Motus AI has built a large model matrix covering the entire character animation production pipeline—including skeleton generation, skinning, text/video-to-animation generation, keyframe interpolation, motion refinement, and real-time intelligent driving—and supports seamless integration into existing production workflows via plugins. The platform features built-in task management, customizable skill packaging, industry terminology understanding, and node-based asset pipelines. Positioned as an animation production assistant rather than merely a text-to-motion tool, Motus AI aims to automate repetitive tasks such as basic skeleton setup, motion pre-generation, and collision detection, allowing animators to focus on refining performance quality. Previously, the Motus AI team made its debut at the Gamescom in Cologne, Germany, in August 2026, showcasing end-to-end intelligent pipelines for digital character creation.
