ChainCatcher report: According to official announcements, Swedish publicly listed company H100 Group has signed a letter of intent to acquire Norwegian companies Moonshot AS and Never Say Die AS through an all-stock transaction. The deal employs a "bitcoin-for-bitcoin" structure, involving no cash consideration and no dilution of existing shareholders' bitcoin holdings. Upon completion of the transaction, H100’s bitcoin holdings will increase from the current 1,051 BTC to approximately 3,501 BTC.
