Strive agreed in September 2025 to buy Semler Scientific, a healthcare technology company holding roughly 5,000 Bitcoin. Shareholders approved the deal in January, creating combined holdings of about 12,800 BTC. Strive held 14,557 Bitcoin by late April. Strive held 20,246 BTC by mid-August.

The filing does not disclose how Strive funded this week's purchase. Strive has raised most of its capital in recent weeks by selling SATA preferred stock. SATA supplied 70% of capital in the week ending September 4. SATA supplied 85% of capital in the week ending September 25. SATA pays holders regular cash dividends ahead of ordinary shareholders.

Each SATA share carries a $100 stated amount. Strive currently pays about 13% a year, equivalent to about $13 annually for every $100 share. The dividend rate is adjustable. Strive said it would start paying dividends every business day on June 16. Bitcoin pays no interest, so Strive must fund those dividends from cash or by raising more money. The filing lists $284.7 million in cash. The filing lists no debt.

Strive's stock trades on Nasdaq and gives investors Bitcoin exposure through a regular brokerage account. SATA pays a dividend and is issued by a company holding nearly 30,000 Bitcoin. Bitcoin Treasuries ranks Strive fifth among public Bitcoin holders, behind Strategy, Twenty One Capital, Metaplanet and MARA. Twenty One Capital holds 43,514 Bitcoin. Strive is now 14,052 Bitcoin short of Twenty One Capital's holdings.
