Strive increased its Bitcoin treasury by 11.2% last week after investors exercised $208 million in warrants, strengthening its position among publicly traded corporate Bitcoin holders.
The company acquired 3,311 BTC at an average price of $84,500, bringing its total reserves to 32,773 BTC. Additionally, its Bitcoin holdings grew faster than its effective share count, increasing shareholders’ Bitcoin exposure despite new equity issuance.
Strive Expands Its Corporate Bitcoin Strategy
According to its October 13 SEC filing, Strive now ranks fifth among publicly traded companies holding Bitcoin. CEO Matt Cole reported that approximately 15.3 million warrants remained ahead of Tuesday’s expiration.
Consequently, the company continues using equity financing to fund Bitcoin purchases. This approach mirrors Strategy’s treasury model, which converts capital raised through financial markets into cryptocurrency reserves.
Strategy Maintains Its Bitcoin Lead
Moreover, Strategy added 250 BTC last week, bringing its total holdings to 848,250 BTC. Its accumulation keeps it well ahead of competing corporate treasuries.
Meanwhile, Bitcoin traded at $82,945.88, gaining 0.75% over 24 hours but losing 3.03% over seven days. Hence, Strive’s latest purchases came amid short-term market weakness, highlighting its continued commitment to long-term Bitcoin accumulation.
