As reported by Blockbeats, on December 9, RWA.xyz co-founder Adam revealed that payment giant Stripe will launch stablecoin payment functionality for users on December 12. The feature supports USDC and other stablecoins on major blockchain networks including Ethereum, Base, and Polygon. Stripe stated that stablecoin payments are fully integrated into its optimized checkout suite, allowing existing integrations to use the feature without code changes. Stripe charges 1.5% of the transaction amount (in USD) with no fixed fees, and all transactions will be settled in USD into users' existing payment balances.
