Bitcoin Price Tests Key Resistance Levels
Bitcoin price traded near $78,600 after Strategy announced the purchase, with the asset attempting to recover toward the $80,000 level. Market participants are watching whether BTC can maintain support near the $76,000 to $77,000 range.
Meanwhile, BTC price faces resistance between $80,000 and $81,500, according to Bitcoin price predictions. A move above this zone could open the path toward higher levels, while a decline below support could expose BTC to $74,000.

Strategy’s Bitcoin holdings now represent one of the largest corporate cryptocurrency reserves globally. The company continues to build its treasury position while keeping additional cash available for operational needs.
The latest acquisition came with an average purchase price above Strategy’s long-term Bitcoin cost basis of about $75,385.
