At the heart of the company’s growth strategy is a “three-wheeled” model built around Bitcoin, STRC, and MSTR. Accordingly, Strategy aims to finance its digital lending activities by issuing STRC, strengthen the financial structure of MSTR shares with the resources obtained, and purchase more Bitcoin thanks to its increased capital capacity.

The company argues that with the regular operation of this system, the amount of Bitcoin per share can be continuously increased. Strategy’s long-term goals include achieving an annualized 30% return on Bitcoin, selling digital loans equivalent to 10% to 20% of its Bitcoin reserves each year, and doubling the amount of Bitcoin per share within seven years.

Strategy anticipates that the return from digital lending activities will strengthen the company’s Bitcoin accumulation capacity and allow MSTR investors to benefit more from the growth in reserves.
