ME News report, August 3 (UTC+8): According to TradingBeats (formerly Hyperinsight), pre-market storage stocks in the U.S. have declined again. Compared to the first monitoring earlier today, MU, SNDK, and SKHX fell approximately 4.6%, 4.7%, and 2.1% respectively, triggering the execution of $23.676 million in bottom-fishing buy orders placed by the top three traders. Among them, the “counter-position” whale’s buy order for MU was the first to fill. The whale executed 17 purchases between $797.75 and $805.17, covering 563 MU short positions with a total volume of approximately $451,000 at an average price of $801.46, resulting in a loss of about $33,300. The whale’s MU short position has now decreased from 1,822.2 to 1,259.3 contracts—a reduction of approximately 30.9%—with remaining unrealized losses of about $70,000. The whale still holds 80 buy orders between $600 and $795.28, intending to purchase an additional 11,300 MU contracts, with a remaining order value of approximately $7.855 million. If all remaining orders are filled, the whale will close out its remaining short position and establish a long position of approximately 10,000 MU contracts. The bottom-fishing buy orders of the other two whales have not yet been triggered: SKHX “flat” whale: Currently holds no position, with 10 buy orders remaining between $991.22 and $1,016.60, planned investment of approximately $10 million; the highest order is still about 5.4% below the current price. SNDK “averaging down” whale: Continues to hold 6,353.3 SNDK long contracts, worth approximately $7.526 million at an average entry price of $1,365.90; current unrealized loss has expanded to approximately $1.152 million. The whale has 64 additional buy orders between $523 and $968.45, totaling approximately $5.37 million; the highest order remains about 18.2% below the current price. Collectively, the three traders still have 154 pending buy orders with a remaining notional value of approximately $23.225 million. Over the same period, the combined 24-hour trading volume for the three assets totaled approximately $899 million, with a combined open interest value of approximately $610 million.
