Standard Chartered initiates coverage on ENA, forecasts $2 by end of 2028

BlockBeats report, on September 30, Standard Chartered Bank initiated coverage of the Ethena token ENA, forecasting it could rise to $2 by the end of 2028.


Standard Chartered's report notes that Ethena sits at the intersection of perpetual contracts, tokenization, and stablecoins, and that ENA will benefit from growth in these areas along with its newly launched buyback program. The report also states that Ethena is currently the fourth-largest stablecoin issuer after Tether, Circle, and Sky, and the second-largest issuer of interest-bearing stablecoins after Sky, with its USDe being the fastest-growing stablecoin to reach a $10 billion market capitalization.
