ChainCatcher report: According to the SSV Network’s Ethereum Distributed Validator Technology (DVT) protocol governance forum, SSV Labs submitted Proposal DIP-59 on October 21. The proposal states that, due to the current market environment and the DAO’s financial situation, funding levels have been reduced compared to previous years and original plans, and the existing development roadmap will be significantly scaled back, shifting focus from new product development to network maintenance, security, and Ethereum upgrade compatibility. The proposal also seeks to revise and extend the arrangements under DIP-31, prolonging the service period until the end of June 2027, including subsequent installment arrangements. The proposal discloses that the third and final tranche of 1,736,111.11 SSV tokens, as stipulated under DIP-31, has not yet been disbursed.
