KuCoinFlashShare
South Korean AI chip company DeepX has begun mass production of its NPU chip, DX-M1, on Samsung’s 5nm process. The company is working to integrate its chip with Intel’s OpenVINO, with results expected next year, and is currently in discussions with AMD for AI collaboration. DeepX plans to complete the tape-out of its 2nm chip this month, with production scheduled for 2027. From August 2025 to July 2026, it secured 77 global orders and partnered with 27 distributors. Over 300 institutions are currently testing its products. The company will launch DX-Newton, a robot software compatible with NVIDIA’s Isaac, later this year and is considering an IPO within three years. As AI and crypto news gains momentum, the company’s strategy aligns with global cryptocurrency policy trends.
