Although the number of active developers has declined, on-chain development activity remains high. Data shows that the number of developer events in May was approximately 28,400, about 70% higher than the peak during the August 2022 cycle, with development activities such as code commits, pull requests, and code reviews still significantly above the previous cycle's high.
