Upon completion of the transaction, SK Telecom will hold a 51% stake in SK Horizon, while KKR and the IMM consortium will hold 29% and 20%, respectively. In response, Mirae Asset Securities raised its target price for SK Telecom from KRW 120,000 to KRW 150,000 and maintained a "Buy" rating.
