According to industry insiders on July 23, SK Hynesis now expects to commission its first cleanroom at P&T7 as early as July 2027, having previously targeted October 2027.

An industry insider revealed: "SK Hynix recently initiated the bidding process for the P&T7 cleanroom utilities and infrastructure projects ahead of schedule. Internally, the company anticipates that the cleanroom's commissioning will be accelerated by approximately one quarter." Some equipment-related bidding projects failed to attract bidders and are currently being reissued. Industry insiders expect all utilities and infrastructure bidding to be completed by around August.
