Entities that contribute critical code to major international communities, develop and list skill packages related to Longgang’s advantageous industries on skill marketplaces, or develop applications integrated with embodied intelligent devices will be eligible for subsidies of up to RMB 2 million upon approval. Open access to high-quality, de-identified public data in areas such as low-altitude airspace, transportation, healthcare, and urban governance, with waived fees for data usage; provide a 50% discount on actual payments for services related to data governance, labeling, and data asset accounting used in OpenClaw framework development, applications, or research. Offer a 30% subsidy on the market price for enterprises purchasing ready-to-use AI NAS devices ("Lobster Boxes") developed in-house. Focus on intelligent manufacturing, smart government, smart parks, and smart healthcare. Annually select a number of innovative OpenClaw deep-application projects with proven effectiveness, award them the title of "Longgang District OpenClaw Application Demonstration Project," and provide a one-time reward of 30% of actual investment, up to RMB 1 million. Provide financing and investment channels for seed-stage OPC projects with high technological content and strong innovation capabilities (with priority given to youth-led startup projects), offering equity investment support of up to RMB 10 million for eligible projects.
