KuCoin Flash reports that, as of publication, SHARE/USDT is trading at 1.7890 USDT, up 47.20% over the past 24 hours. The price reached a high of 1.9136 USDT and a low of 1.2059 USDT, leaving it approximately 6.51% below the daily peak. The rally developed through a series of higher trading ranges rather than a single isolated candle, with acceleration following moves above 0.80, 1.00 and 1.20 USDT.
One project development returning to market attention is the planned SHARE token contract migration. ShareX introduced the SHARE Contract Swap proposal on September 11, 2026 and opened it for a community vote through Snapshot. The stated purpose was to upgrade the smart-contract foundation of SHARE and provide greater flexibility and scalability as more physical devices, users and services connect to the ecosystem.
On September 23, ShareX announced through the official X account that the proposal had passed and thanked holders who participated in the vote. The project also said that further updates would be released after the implementation details were confirmed. The community therefore approved the proposal to proceed with a contract migration; the announcement did not mean that the new contract had already gone live or that token conversion had begun. The migration date, snapshot rules, conversion ratio and any required holder actions remain pending.
ShareX is developing Web3 infrastructure for the sharing economy. Its standardized onboarding toolkit and verifiable settlement layer are designed to connect shared power banks, vending machines, smart lockers and other unattended infrastructure with onchain usage data and cash flows. The project combines DePIN, real-world assets and consumer crypto applications, while SHARE supports ecosystem incentives, governance and value settlement.
The ecosystem also includes the Deshare device-integration toolkit and the PowerPass product. Official project material states that Deshare Toolkit has helped connect more than 4,000 merchants and over 20,000 shared power-bank devices. PowerPass is designed to represent usage rights, operational records and related benefits from physical sharing infrastructure through verifiable onchain products.
The price remains close to the 1.9136 USDT intraday high. Sustained trading above the 1.60–1.70 USDT area would preserve the recent breakout structure, while a rapid return toward 1.20 USDT would indicate a stronger short-term trading component.
