Sensydia has raised over $6 million in an oversubscribed funding round led by Colle Capital Partners and supported by Orlando Health Ventures. The capital will advance the Cardiac Performance System (CPS™) through the ACOUSTIC-1 study and support FDA clearance ahead of its commercial launch. CPS combines acoustic and electrical signals with AI to non-invasively assess cardiac function, focusing on pulmonary artery pressure evaluations. A new CPT® code, 1036T, effective July 2026, supports its methodology. The CEO emphasized the system’s potential to deliver objective pressure data, while investors cited the CPT code and strong funding momentum as key confidence indicators. With robust financial backing, Sensydia is well-positioned as a company to watch, particularly amid growing interest in altcoins within the broader medtech and blockchain markets.
CoinDesk reports:

Los Angeles, October 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Clinical-stage medical technology company Sensydia today announced the initial closing of its latest financing round, which was oversubscribed and raised over $6 million, led by Colle Capital Partners and supported significantly by Orlando Health Ventures. The proceeds will be used to advance Sensydia’s Cardiac Performance System (CPS™) through the ACOUSTIC-1 study, facilitate FDA authorization, and support preparations for commercial launch.

CPS evaluates cardiac function by acquiring acoustic and electrical signals and analyzing them using artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms. The system is designed to enable clinicians to obtain pulmonary artery pressure assessments in nearly any clinical setting without invasive catheterization, helping to identify congestion and guide the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure and pulmonary hypertension.

In July 2026, a new Category III CPT® code, 1036T, became effective for non-invasive hemodynamic assessment based on three key elements: passive acquisition of acoustic and electrical signals; enhanced algorithmic analysis; and physician review, interpretation, and integration into clinical care—consistent with the approach adopted by CPS.

“The most important medical technology companies create categories, rather than compete within them,” said Bill Hawkins, retired Chairman and CEO of Medtronic and advisor to Sensydia. “Sensydia has the potential to bring pressure information to the point of care in a new way, with a foundation for scale.”

“Cardiologists treating heart failure need the right metrics at the right time and place. We built CPS to provide clinicians with objective pressure data right in the room where treatment decisions are made,” said Anthony Arnold, CEO of Sensydia. “With support from Colle Capital and Orlando Health Ventures, we are focused on rapidly bringing CPS to market to help patients with heart failure.”

“Sensydia built its CPS on catheter-based data—the clinical gold standard—and on a scale that few companies would attempt,” said Victoria Grace, Founding Partner at Colle Capital Partners. “This rigor, combined with the CPT codes already in place, gives us great confidence in this team. We’re proud to lead this funding round and support Sensydia.”
