Lam Research (LRCX) rose 7.65% after reporting better-than-expected earnings and guidance following yesterday’s after-hours release, with projected revenue of up to $8.5 billion for the next quarter.
Among other individual stocks, NVIDIA (NVDA) rose 1.77%, Intel (INTC) increased 2.26%, AMD (AMD) gained 3.55%, and Seagate Technology (STX) climbed 3.74%.
Western Digital (WDC) rose 4.01%, SanDisk (SNDK) rose 4.33%, Micron Technology (MU) rose 2.45%, and SK Hynix ADR rose 1.8%.
