Real-world asset (RWA) tokenization is growing fast, with total value exceeding $39 billion. Amid this expansion, Sei Network is emerging as one of the fastest-growing chains in the tokenization sector.
The number of individuals and entities holding tokenized assets has grown significantly in recent months.
In fact, RWA’s Total Asset Holders have surged by over 13% to 5.2 million in the past thirty days. This growth in the number of holders has been driven by specific chains, particularly Sei.

Sei Network published data showing that the number of holders of tokenized assets on its chain has grown by around 24% over the past month.
According to RWA.xyz data, RWA holders rose to 2,535 over this period. The growing number of holders on the network reflects increased participation as asset managers continue to move TradFi products on-chain.
Growth positions Sei as a major player in the sector
With the number of holders rising, volume and value have also increased significantly. Data shows that distributed value on the platform rose to $291 million, while RWA transfer volume surged 155% to $18 million.

High volume and asset value point to increased activity on the network. Bridged TVL also supports this growth, as the metric jumped to $361 million, a level last reached in July. The growing demand comes at a time when Sei is positioning itself for the future of on-chain capital markets.
In fact, Sei noted that, with markets trading on-chain 24/7, the network is built for such a future, and firms have started to appreciate its capabilities.
Rising volume, value, and holder numbers shed more light on the growing adoption and acceptance of Sei Network as a major player in the race for tokenization.
What about SEI’s price?
Interestingly, although Sei Network is seeing explosive growth in tokenization, this has not really been reflected on the charts. As such, Sei’s [SEI] price remains in a bearish structure, with the altcoin trading within a descending channel.
Over the past day, for example, the altcoin’s price action has been even more intense to the downside. SEI dropped from $0.063, lost the $0.06 support, and fell to a low of $0.057.

With this price action, the altcoin’s downside momentum is becoming stronger. The altcoin’s MACD has moved further into negative territory, reinforcing the bearish outlook as of writing.
The market direction points towards a continuation of the downside. If the trend persists and SEI breaks below the lower trendline, it could fall to $0.052.
However, if tokenization inspires another wave of demand, we could see a breakout above the upper trendline. In doing so, SEI could close above $0.063 and finally push for a breakout above $0.077.
