The U.S. SEC has proposed a 10-year ban for Caroline Ellison and 8-year bans for Gary Wang and Nishad Singh, former FTX executives, in a New York court filing. The proposed restrictions follow the 2022 FTX collapse and fraud allegations, aiming to uphold market integrity by preventing these individuals from holding leadership roles in the crypto markets and liquidity sectors.
