ChainThink reports that on August 5, the U.S. Second Circuit Court officially concluded the appeal process for Sam Bankman-Fried.
Previously, the court unanimously denied his request for a new trial in June. SBF’s conviction on seven charges related to the FTX fraud case, along with his 25-year prison sentence and $11 billion asset forfeiture, remains in effect. The U.S. Supreme Court is now his only possible avenue for further review.
