According to HashNews, Santiment has forecasted that Ethereum (ETH) could rise approximately 7% in the short term, potentially reaching the $3,200 resistance level. The prediction is based on stablecoin yields currently averaging between 3.9% and 4.5%, which Santiment says indicate the market is not yet overheated and has room for further growth. Ethereum has fallen 21.85% over the past 30 days, but recent technical and capital flow signals suggest a potential recovery. Analyst Matthew Hyland noted that the ETH-BTC weekly chart is set for a bullish reversal not seen since July 2020. Spot Ethereum ETFs also saw a net inflow of $312.6 million this week, ending three consecutive weeks of outflows. The broader crypto market sentiment is improving, with the Crypto Fear & Greed Index rising from 'extreme fear' to 'fear' after 18 days, signaling stabilization.
