No Bitcoin ETF positions were reported in prior quarterly filings. The bank’s total U.S. equity holdings amount to approximately $16.08 billion, with its combined crypto ETF positions accounting for about 0.05%. It is noted that Santander’s digital bank, Openbank, has already offered cryptocurrency trading services to retail customers in Europe.
