HBM4 has entered mass production and shipment, while HBM4E samples have been delivered to key customers. The Device eXperience (DX) segment saw a 9% sequential decline in revenue; the MX business, impacted by component cost pressures, recorded revenue of KRW 33.2 trillion and an operating loss of KRW 0.7 trillion. Samsung expects continued strong demand for server DRAM, eSSD, and HBM in the second half of the year, with market supply remaining tight. However, demand in the mobile and PC segments may experience some moderation. The company plans to expand sales of high-value-added products such as HBM4, DDR5, and SOCAMM2, and will launch new mobile products using second-generation 2nm process technology, targeting double-digit revenue growth in its foundry business.
