These enhancements enable clients to securely connect their iLEVEL data and functionality to AI tools such as Copilot and Claude via iLEVEL’s MCP server, while maintaining existing access controls and permissions. These enhancements integrate native AI capabilities—including the iLEVEL Agent—with valuation, performance analysis, and other complementary data and solutions from S&P Global. S&P Global states that these features are designed to help asset managers and allocators work faster and more efficiently throughout the investment lifecycle.
At the core of this expansion is iLEVEL, S&P Global’s platform for private markets, designed for portfolio monitoring, valuation, reporting, and data management. The latest upgrade builds on AI capabilities directly embedded in iLEVEL to automate data-intensive workflows and enable users to gain portfolio insights through natural language queries. Additionally, iLEVEL’s MCP server allows customers to connect their iLEVEL data and functionality to AI tools such as Copilot and Claude, giving them greater flexibility to use iLEVEL within their preferred AI tools and agent workflows while maintaining existing iLEVEL permissions and access controls.

- Integrated Valuation: Enhanced integration between iLEVEL and S&P Global Private Market Valuations streamlines the documentation and data exchange required for third-party valuation opinions and enables direct delivery of results within iLEVEL. Clients can perform valuations using self-service software or outsource the process to S&P Global experts.
- Private Credit and Covenant Monitoring: iLEVEL supports the private credit investment workflow, including covenant monitoring, helping investment teams track compliance with covenant terms in credit agreements and identify potential signs of deterioration and emerging risks within the portfolio.
- Expanded Performance Analysis: Following the launch of performance analyses by S&P Global, Cambridge Associates, and Mercer (a Marsh business) earlier this year, the associated datasets have been further expanded in collaboration with contributing GPs in the private credit, real assets, and private equity sectors. iLEVEL has played a key role in advancing these analyses by standardizing, aggregating, and anonymizing data from contributing GPs.
- S&P Global Ecosystem Expansion: iLEVEL continues to expand its integrations with complementary S&P Global data, analytics, and solutions, enabling clients to extend private market workflows beyond traditional monitoring and reporting.
